Evil Blizzard

Evil Blizzard are a distinct force within the British psychedelic rock scene, hailing from Preston and earning a devoted following for their unconventional soundscapes and theatrical live shows. With their roots firmly planted in experimental rock, the band have consistently delivered a unique brand of heavy, hallucinogenic music that pushes genre boundaries and captivates audiences seeking something truly singular.

The group’s recent output includes the acclaimed album "Rotting In The Belly Of The Whale," released in November 2023, further establishing their status among connoisseurs of psychedelic and alternative rock. Their catalogue highlights a progression from earlier releases like "The Dangers of Evil Blizzard" to live recordings such as "VILEVILIVE - live at Sonic Rock," offering a spectrum of both studio innovation and raw, onstage energy. Evil Blizzard’s commitment to live music is evident in recent headline sets at venues including The Ferret in Preston, the 100 Club in London, Bodega in Nottingham, and Esquires in Bedford. Their concerts are celebrated for immersive atmospheres that embody the spirit of their genre.

Looking ahead, Evil Blizzard remain a fixture in the UK’s live circuit. Notably, they are set to appear as both headliners and support, including a slot supporting Balaam & The Angel at the O2 Institute2 in Birmingham. For those drawn to the wilder side of rock, following Evil Blizzard and keeping an eye on their upcoming gigs is highly recommended.
