The Ferret marks its 20th Birthday Weekender on 3 October 2026 with a hometown appearance from Evil Blizzard, bringing their psychedelic rock catalogue, including material from “Rotting In The Belly Of The Whale”, back to Preston. Anglo-Japanese psych rock duo The Dirt add hypnotic textures drawn from tracks like “Bed of Nails”, “Chaos” and “Crash Test”. Los Angeles metalcore outfit Dead Things inject a harder edge, following releases such as “Mouth Sewn Shut”. Hawk Owl and The Dave Shurr Duo complete a guitar-driven bill that pushes from immersive psych atmospheres into full-throttle metalcore intensity at The Ferret in the United Kingdom.
