Madness, the legendary English band hailing from the United Kingdom, are renowned for their infectious blend of 2 tone and new wave—genres that have defined alternative British pop since the late 1970s. With a career spanning more than four decades, Madness have remained a cornerstone of the UK’s vibrant ska and pop landscape, consistently injecting energy and wit into the live music scene. Their recent studio work includes the acclaimed album “Theatre of the Absurd Presents C’est La Vie,” released in November 2023, further cementing their status as innovators in the genre.

The band has continued to captivate audiences across the country with a robust touring schedule. In the summer of 2026, Madness headlined major events such as Rock N Roll Circus at Earlham Park in Norwich and brought their iconic sound to Brighton and York Racecourse. They have also taken prominent spots at events like Canterbury Live and MADROPHENIA ON THE BEACH. Acting as a distinguished support act, Madness joined line-ups alongside The Specials at the Rude Boy Rude Girl event in Hull and appeared at the celebrated BOOMTOWN festival, where KNEECAP led the bill. Their unmistakable live performances remain a joyous celebration for fans old and new.

Looking ahead, Madness are set to headline the Rock N Roll Circus at Gunnersbury Park in London in July 2027, promising another unforgettable concert for fans of British pop and ska.
