The Lexington, located at 1096 Grand Avenue in Saint Paul's Summit Hill neighbourhood, opened in 1935, shortly after the end of Prohibition, and has been a popular neighbourhood bar and restaurant since. It is known for its classic supper club favourites, including the relish tray, chicken pot pie, and popovers. The restaurant also features multiple event spaces, such as The McLean room.
