The Selecter bring their 2 tone sound to The Drill Shed in Margate on 7 November 2026, folding sharp ska rhythms into alternative and indie rock with a new wave edge. Formed in 1979, the band’s catalogue runs from their early 2 tone era to recent work such as the 2023 album "Human Algebra", giving this show plenty of eras to draw from. Their live history includes headline appearances at venues like O2 Academy Oxford and Roadmender in Northampton, plus slots alongside Madness, UB40 and The Specials, underlining the roots of this performance in British ska and 2 tone history.
