Saxon Gods of Thunder World Tour Part 1

Tuesday, February 23, 2027 - The Great Hall, Cardiff

• Saxon
• Armored Saint

On 23 February 2027, The Great Hall Cardiff hosts another Gods of Thunder World Tour Part 1 stop from Saxon. The Barnsley band’s set channels their NWOBHM lineage, fusing hard rock and heavy metal with songs drawn from an extensive run of UK charting albums and later work like "Carpe Diem". Armored Saint remain on the bill, bringing US power metal dynamics, sharp riffing and a more American sheen to the sound. Together they turn the Cardiff date into a clear metal double‑header, focused on traditional structures, big hooks and tightly executed, guitar‑led arrangements.
