Saxon

Saxon stand as icons of British heavy metal, having originated from Barnsley in the late 1970s and rapidly established themselves as pivotal figures in the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement. Their influence resonates through a substantial body of work, which boasts several UK Top 40 albums and chart success across Europe and Japan. With albums such as "Carpe Diem" (2022), "Inspirations" (2021), and the powerful live recording "Eagles Over Hellfest" slated for release in June 2025, Saxon have consistently affirmed their status as torchbearers of the heavy metal and hard rock genres.

The band's commitment to live music endures with the "Gods of Thunder World Tour Part 1," which brings Saxon to prominent venues across the United Kingdom in February 2027, including Eventim Apollo in London, O2 Guildhall in Southampton, Beacon in Bristol, The Great Hall in Cardiff, and City Hall in Sheffield. Saxon headline each concert, with Armored Saint providing support at select dates, promising classic anthems and a relentless stage presence that have become synonymous with their name.

For fans of uncompromising hard rock and heavy metal, Saxon's upcoming gigs are essential dates on the concert calendar. Follow Saxon for the latest tour updates and secure tickets to witness one of the genre’s truly legendary live acts in action.
