Damien Rice o 25th anniversary tour

Friday, April 23, 2027 - Opera House, Manchester

Damien Rice brings his "O" 25th anniversary tour to the Opera House on 23 April 2027, the first of two consecutive shows at the venue. Following London dates at the Lyceum and the Palladium, this Opera House performance places his alternative folk and folk songs in a different acoustic, with arrangements that can move from near-silence to fuller alternative rock swells. Drawing on the intimate storytelling that runs through his work, including songs from "My Favourite Faded Fantasy", Rice uses the theatre setting to foreground voice and guitar, giving the material a close, conversational feel despite the scale of the room.
