About

Manchester Opera House is a major Grade II listed theatre designed by Richardson & Gill with Farquarson, featuring a traditional auditorium with 1,920 seats and hosting a diverse programme including musicals, plays, ballet, concerts, and annual pantomimes. Opened in 1912, it has operated under several names before becoming the Opera House in 1920.
