Orbital - The Other Tour

Saturday, April 17, 2027 - Manchester Academy, Manchester

On 17 April 2027, Manchester Academy welcomes Orbital’s The Other Tour for a central date in their UK itinerary. The show revolves around the duo’s blend of ambient house, ambient techno and breakbeat, with tracks stretched and reshaped for the live environment. Following Rock City and leading into TramShed, this Academy performance sets their widescreen electronics in a larger room, giving space to both the atmospheric passages and the more rhythm-heavy sections. It is a chance to experience their layered synths, rolling percussion and evolving sequences as a continuous electronic narrative across the evening.
