O2 Academy Leeds
Wednesday, October 14, 2026 - O2 Academy, Leeds
The Beat, also known as The English Beat, roll into O2 Academy Leeds on 14 October 2026 as part of their DANCE CRAZED TOO UK TOUR. With roots in 2 tone, ska, new wave and post-punk, and a history that includes "Mirror in the Bathroom" and "Best Friend", they bring a catalogue built for live rooms. Recent dates with Madness and The Specials underline their ongoing presence on major ska and reggae bills. In Leeds they arrive directly after the Band Of Horses anniversary show, shifting the venue’s focus from indie-leaning rock to sharp, dancefloor-minded rhythms overnight.
