O2 Academy Leeds October Gigs

Tuesday, October 27, 2026 - O2 Academy, Leeds

• The Mary Wallopers

The Mary Wallopers return to O2 Academy Leeds on 27 October 2026 with a set that threads together folk punk and Irish folk. Coming off headline shows at O2 Academy Brixton and an instore "Paddywhackery" run through shops like Banquet Records and Rough Trade Nottingham, the band arrive in Leeds with material from releases including the "Home Boys Home" EP. Their ballad-led storytelling and rowdy choruses stand apart from the indie and experimental rock heard earlier in the month, adding a distinctly Irish voice to the venue’s October calendar ahead of their December supports for The Coral at OVO Hydro and 3Arena.
