The second Ériu – The Story of Ireland's Music show at The Ambassador Theatre on 11 December 2026 deepens the cross-genre sweep of the run. Van Morrison again anchors the night with blue-eyed soul and chamber folk, set against Thin Lizzy’s classic and Celtic rock. Christy Moore and Paul Brady focus the programme on Irish folk songwriting, while Glen Hansard extends that into folk rock. Westlife and The Script highlight pop and soft rock, Kneecap cut through with gangsta rap and political hip hop, and The Undertones plus Stiff Little Fingers stress the punk and pop punk side of Ireland’s catalogue.
