Ériu – The Story of Ireland's Music opens at The Ambassador Theatre on 10 December 2026 with a sweeping line-up that tracks Irish sound from folk roots to heavy riffs and hip hop. Van Morrison leads with blue-eyed soul and chamber folk, alongside Thin Lizzy’s Celtic rock and heavy metal drive. Christy Moore and Paul Brady underline the Irish folk tradition, while Hozier and Glen Hansard bridge folk rock and blues. Westlife and The Script supply pop and soft rock hooks, Kneecap bring gangsta rap and political hip hop, and The Undertones and Stiff Little Fingers add new wave, pop punk and punk rock intensity.
