Ibibio Sound Machine close the New Releases run at Brudenell Social Club Leeds on 21 November 2026, following their show at the same venue the night before. Their blend of disco, electro, electro-funk and highlife returns to the Brudenell stage for a final performance, again drawing from “Pull the Rope”, “Black Notes”, “Underappreciated”, “Afo Ken Doko Mien”, “Anyone Like You” and “Basquiat”. As the concluding stop in a Leeds-focused sequence that has moved between Hyde Park Book Club, O2 Academy Leeds and the Brudenell, this gig wraps the series with rhythm-heavy, globally minded electronics.
