Heaven 17’s 45 years of "Penthouse And Pavement" tour continues at Waterfront Norwich on 19 October 2026. In a more intimate space than some earlier dates, the band’s synth-pop, dance-rock and new wave sound takes on a club-focused feel, with electronic rhythms and sequenced basslines at close quarters. Positioned in the final stretch of the 12-date October run, the Norwich show follows the Sheffield homecoming at Octagon. The setlist centres on the "Penthouse And Pavement" period, threading in electronic textures and new romantic motifs that defined Heaven 17’s early catalogue.
