The Selecter bring their 2 tone and ska foundations to Roadmender in Northampton on 24 July 2026, folding in sharp alternative rock, indie rock and new wave influences. Active since 1979 and featuring key members such as Pauline Black OBE and Charley “Aitch” Bembridge, the band continue to push their sound forward, most recently on the 2023 album “Human Algebra”. Expect a set that draws from early favourites alongside later material like “A Live Injection” and “(Who Likes) Facing Situations”, highlighting the rhythmic drive and lyrical bite that have defined The Selecter’s live performances for decades.
