WAX AND BEANS Bury hosts The Mary Wallopers’ Paddywhackery instore, built around their folk punk and Irish folk sound.
Wax and Beans is Bury's only independent record store, located at 16 Market Street in a Grade II listed building within the Culture Quarter. Owned by partners Ben and Louise, the shop uniquely combines music retail with a coffee shop, selling both new and used vinyl records alongside coffee and food. The venue also hosts regular in-store performances, meet-and-greet sessions, signings, and Q&A events.
