Kendal Town Hall, situated at 9a Lowther Street in Kendal, serves as the headquarters of both Kendal Town Council and the Westmorland and Furness Council. The building was originally designed by Francis Webster and completed in 1827, then converted for use as a town hall by his son, George Webster, in 1859. Notable features include a large clock tower added in 1861 and a northern extension completed in 1893. The town hall became the official headquarters of Westmorland and Furness Council in 2023.
