Colchester Town Hall, located on High Street in Colchester, Essex, is a Grade I listed building designed by John Belcher in the Edwardian Baroque style and completed in 1902. The building includes a 162-foot Victorian tower, which is topped with a statue of St. Helena, the patron saint of Colchester. Within the Town Hall, the Moot Hall serves as a grand assembly room and houses a Norman & Beard pipe organ that was restored in 2015.
