The Joiners

The Joiners is an independently run grassroots music venue located in Southampton at 141 St Mary Street. Since 1968, it has served as a hub for both touring and local community music. The venue has a capacity of 200 and typically hosts around 300 events annually. In 2013 and 2015, The Joiners was recognised as Britain's best small music venue by NME. In November 2025, the building was purchased by Music Venue Properties, a charitable community benefit society.
