The Horse Hospital is an artist-led, not-for-profit independent arts venue in central London, established in 1993 by Roger K. Burton. The venue specialises in countercultural and experimental art, encompassing music, performance, film, fashion, and visual art. As of 2025, it is operated by The Horse Hospital Collective, with the aim of supporting DIY cultural practices. The building itself was originally constructed in 1797 by James Burton as stabling for cab drivers' sick horses and is Grade II listed.
