The Honey Fitz Theatre in Bruff, County Limerick, occupies a building that served as Lough Gur National School from 1854 to 1966. Refurbished in 1994, it was renamed by Jean Kennedy-Smith in honour of her grandfather, John Francis Fitzgerald, known as 'Honey Fitz.' The theatre is used for a range of community activities, such as set dancing, computer and art classes, and hosts the Lough Gur storytelling festival.
