The Tabernacle is a historic Grade II* listed building dating from 1887, featuring a striking curved Romanesque facade of red brick and terracotta. Now a vibrant community hub and performance space, it houses a theatre, dance studio, gallery, and bar & kitchen, and hosts regular arts and dance activities as well as serving as the base for Mangrove, a leading Carnival Arts organisation.
