Quarterhouse Folkestone is a multipurpose performing arts and exhibition venue located in the heart of Folkestone’s Creative Quarter, featuring an auditorium that accommodates up to 490 people standing. The venue hosts a diverse programme including theatre, dance, music, film, comedy, and live screenings, and also contains a foyer and exhibition space, a café/bar, and business facilities. Opened in 2009 and designed by Alison Brooks Architects, it serves as a hub for Creative Folkestone’s activities and the Folkestone Triennial, contributing to the town’s arts-led regeneration.
