O2 Academy Sheffield welcomes The Pineapple Thief for the closing Far And Wide European Tour 2027 progressive rock date.
O2 Academy Sheffield, located at 37-43 Arundel Gate in Sheffield City Centre, initially opened in 1968 as the Top Rank Suite and has featured performances by renowned artists such as The Police, The Clash, Joy Division, The Jam, and David Bowie. In 2008, it underwent a £3 million refurbishment, reopening as O2 Academy Sheffield with a launch by Reverend and The Makers. The venue is scheduled to reopen in February 2027 following extensive renovations, including a new roof and air-conditioning system.
