O2 Academy Leeds hosts Joan Jett And The Blackhearts with punk noise duo The Meffs in support.
O2 Academy Leeds is located at 55 Cookridge Street, Leeds, in a Grade II listed building that originally opened as the Coliseum in 1885. The venue reopened in 2008, marked by a sell-out show by the Kaiser Chiefs. It features a main auditorium with a capacity of 2,300, including a 500-capacity balcony, and also offers a basement room known as 'Underground' accommodating 400 people for gigs by up-and-coming bands.
