O2 Academy Bristol is a large music venue that opened in 2001, hosting live shows from prominent new and established artists as well as major club nights. Housed in a building originally opened as an ABC Cinema in 1966, it has a varied musical focus and a history including use as a super-club known as the 'Rock'.
