O2 Academy Birmingham features three separate performance areas: the main room, Academy 2, and Academy 3. Over the years, it has hosted a variety of notable artists, including Black Sabbath, Ocean Colour Scene, The Streets, and Stormzy. O2 Academy Birmingham originally opened in Dale End in 2000 and moved to its current Horsefair location in 2009.
