New Theatre Cardiff features What's Love Got To Do With It?, a Tina Turner tribute, in August 2026.
The New Theatre is located on Park Place in Cardiff, Wales. Designed by architects Ernest Runtz and Ford, it opened on 10 December 1906. The venue has hosted performances by notable artists such as Sarah Bernhardt, Anna Pavlova, Laurel and Hardy, and Shirley Bassey. In 2020, the New Theatre became part of HQ Theatres on a 25-year lease from Cardiff Council, and the group subsequently became part of Trafalgar Entertainment.
