New Century, formerly known as New Century Hall, is located at 34 Hanover Street in Manchester. Built within the Co-Operative’s CIS Tower complex, it has hosted notable artists such as Jimi Hendrix, The Kinks, The Who, and Jerry Lee Lewis. The venue features an original sprung maple dance floor and a distinctive 'disco ceiling' lighting installation. New Century also includes a food hall with independent traders and a basement space occupied by the dBs Institute, offering music technology and games design courses.
