The festival was founded in 2009 by Daniel Cuffe and Peter Taylor and is operated by Cuffe & Taylor, part of Live Nation UK. In 2026, it is scheduled from 1st to 5th July, with headliners including Teddy Swims, Alanis Morissette, Michael Bublé, Pet Shop Boys, and Pitbull.
