L'Olympia, located at 28 Boulevard des Capucines in Paris, is the city's oldest music hall still in operation. Inaugurated on 12 April 1893 by Joseph Oller, co-founder of the Moulin Rouge, it has hosted renowned artists including Édith Piaf, Jacques Brel, and The Beatles, who performed an 18-night residency in 1964. In 1997, the venue underwent a major reconstruction, lowering the structure eight metres below ground while preserving its historic facade and interior.
