Lighthouse, located at 21 Kingland Road in Poole, is the largest arts centre in the United Kingdom outside London. Originally opened in April 1978 as the Poole Arts Centre, it was extensively refurbished in 2002 and reopened as Lighthouse, Poole's Centre for the Arts. The venue also serves as the home of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
