Founded in 1970, the Hoy at Anchor Folk Club meets weekly at the Estuary Club in Leigh-on-Sea, presenting national, international, and local folk musicians in an intimate, acoustic setting with a seating capacity of around 100. Most concerts are performed without amplification, offering a traditional folk music experience.
