Holy Trinity is an ancient stone church dating back to the twelfth century, situated in the east side of Cookham village and renowned for its historic ties to artist Stanley Spencer, whose famous painting 'The Resurrection' features its churchyard. Inside, the church contains a notable Purbeck marble table tomb from 1517 with a vaulted canopy in the chancel.
