Hawk's Well Theatre, located in Sligo, is named after W. B. Yeats' play 'At the Hawk's Well'. It opened on 12 January 1982 as the first purpose-built theatre in rural Ireland. The theatre hosts a diverse programme that includes drama, music, dance, and children's theatre.
