Fairview Park is a 20-hectare public park situated in Fairview, north of Dublin city. The park contains seasonal floral displays, GAA and soccer pitches, a large playground, and a skatepark. Originally a tidal mud flat used for landfill in the early 1900s, Fairview Park was developed in the late 1920s and underwent refurbishment in 2012. It also serves as a venue for concerts and events, having hosted performances by artists such as Kasabian, David Gray, and Two Door Cinema Club.
