Darwen Library Theatre welcomes Del Amitri mid-March on the 45 Years Of Modest Failure tour.
Darwen Library Theatre, located at 2 Knott Street in Darwen, was originally opened as part of Darwen Library & Theatre on 27 May 1908 by Andrew Carnegie. The theatre became a dedicated venue in 2000 following a successful Lottery bid. In April 2026, it received nearly £1 million from the government's Arts Everywhere Fund for upgrades, including a new bar area, improved seating, updated lighting, and a cinema-style setup.
