It has been the home of Bohemian F.C. since the early 20th century and is affectionately referred to as 'Dalyer' by supporters. Historically regarded as the 'home of Irish football', it has hosted numerous Irish internationals and FAI Cup finals. Dalymount Park has also staged UEFA Champions League qualifiers, UEFA Cup, and UEFA Cup Winners' Cup matches. The stadium's record attendance stands at 48,000, set during a match between Ireland and England in 1957.
