The London Coliseum is a large West End theatre designed by Frank Matcham, known for its grand Italian Renaissance-style frontage and impressive tower with a revolving globe. Opened in 1904, it was conceived as one of London's most luxurious family variety theatres, and many original architectural details, such as a bust of founder Oswald Stoll's mother, are still retained.
