Cork City Hall, located on Anglesea Street in Cork, Ireland, was officially opened by Éamon de Valera on 8 September 1936. The building was designed by architects Alfred Jones and Stephen Kelly. It replaced the original City Hall, which was destroyed during the Burning of Cork on 11 December 1920. The venue includes a concert hall noted for its seating capacity of 1,000 and excellent acoustics.
