Castlefield Bowl is an outdoor events pavilion situated in the Castlefield area of Manchester, England. The venue was reinvigorated in 1993 by DEGW Architects, with a tensile roof structure designed by Rudi Enos that incorporates a semi-cantilever framework with integrated lighting and sound. Castlefield Bowl has hosted notable artists such as New Order, The Last Shadow Puppets, Bloc Party, and The Courteeners, and is recognised for the annual 'Sounds of the City' concert series, which has featured performances by Arcade Fire, Blossoms, and James.
