Brighton Electric Studios, established in 2000, is situated in the former Brighton Corporation Tramways headquarters, which was built in 1897. The studios are located at 22 Lewes Road in Brighton. The complex offers a range of facilities including practice and recording studios, mix studios, a mastering suite, storage, and social spaces. Artists such as The Cure, Royal Blood, Laura Marling, and Nick Cave have previously rehearsed or recorded at the venue.
