Bridgewater Hall is a large concert venue in Manchester city centre, renowned for its modern design and excellent acoustics, achieved by resting the building on hundreds of springs to insulate it from external noise. It hosts over 250 performances each year and serves as the home of the Hallé Orchestra, Hallé Choir, Hallé Youth Orchestra, and the main concert venue for the BBC Philharmonic.
