The De La Warr Pavilion is a Grade I listed modernist building on the Bexhill-on-Sea seafront, designed by Erich Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff and opened in 1935, recognised for its distinctive international style and role as a centre for art, culture, and community activity.
