About

Bellahouston Park is a large public park in the Bellahouston district on Glasgow’s South Side, spanning 71 hectares and frequently hosting major outdoor concerts by artists such as Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys, and Paolo Nutini. The park, opened in 1896, has a notable history including the 1938 Empire Exhibition and papal visits, and is home to the House for an Art Lover, designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
