AO Arena hosts the opening hard rock and pop rock date of Sammy Hagar’s July 2026 UK tour with Joan Jett And The Blackhearts and Jayfer.
The AO Arena is located at Victoria Station Approach, Hunts Bank, Cheetham Hill, Manchester. Opened in 1995, it is recognised as one of the busiest venues globally and is noted as the largest indoor sporting arena in Europe. In 2020, AO, an online electricals retailer based in the North West, became its first headline sponsor. A £50 million transformation, completed in March 2026, increased its capacity to 23,000 and improved visitor experiences.
