Hayseed Dixie bring their bluegrass and country rockgrass fusion to Boiler Shop in Newcastle Upon Tyne on 22 October 2026, leading a bill that leans hard into roots and riff-driven energy. Formed in the United States in 2000, they have built a reputation for playful reworks of rock staples alongside originals such as those on their 2021 album “Shattered Grass”. German band Sweet Electric open the show with classic rock and roll drawn from releases including “Hard Times”, “Heir To The Throne” and “Monster”. Together they set up a night where country, bluegrass and vintage rock collide in a compact Boiler Shop setting.
