Soft Machine bring their acid rock, art rock and Canterbury scene heritage to Hertford Corn Exchange on 4 December 2026. The band’s current live set draws on psychedelia, jazz rock and experimental textures, reflecting the exploratory approach heard on albums like "Other Doors" and "Hidden Details". With decades of boundary-pushing behind them and the forthcoming single "Disappear" on the horizon, this Hertfordshire show offers a chance to hear how their jazz fusion and progressive instincts translate on stage, from classic-era material through to their recent work in an intimate Corn Exchange setting.
